The first stage of this four-step process is the Joovv Full-Body Light Therapy panel. Red light therapy has been scientifically proven to enhance muscle recovery, improve skin collagen, increase mitochondrial function, reduce stretch marks and increase in testosterone. This 12-minute, non-intrusive process is the perfect way to start the recovery process from a cellular level.

Next up, the HyperIce Venom braces, which allow clients to focus in on the specific areas of their body that may be sore, or where you have chronic pains.  They can select from the shoulder, elbow, low back, knee or thigh for a warm, sequenced vibration to mobilize the fluids in the area.

The third step is to lay in a zero-gravity chair wearing the Normatec compression pants. The pants use compressed air to massage limbs, mobilize fluid, and speed recovery. Similar to the kneading and stroking done during a massage, each segment of the attachment will first compress in a pulsing manner and then release. This will repeat for each segment of the attachment as the compression pattern works its way up clients’ limbs.

The final step is to hop into the Cryosauna for a three-minute subzero experience, which will leave clients feeling completely recharged. Benefits of the Cryosauna include, but are not limited to: an increase in both fat metabolism and caloric expenditure, a reduction of inflammation, a release of cold shock proteins, and an increase in natural killer T-cells, which fight off tumors and viruses.
